Wiro binding

Sandersons are able to assemble almost every type of wiro bound product including books, calendars, pads and brochures.

A “Wiro Bound” book or product is one where loose pages are held together by a looped wire which remains visible.

Producing a wiro bound product may involve some or all of the following processes:-

Activity Simple Description
Folding Folding paper of all sizes from A2, including multiple folds
Cutting Sizing paper and finished books
Collating Assembling pages in order
Wiro binding Insertion of spiral wire to hold book together, of any type to any side up to A2

Typical Order Sizes

From 100 to 20,000, although larger runs are occassionally undertaken and repeat orders are common.
